I've seen mixed internet search results: one person said they got lucky and bought it for 200,000 credits, another person says that the race costs over 1,500,000 credits. Based on what I've googled, it seems you get it automatically from Subscribing, leveling a character of that race to lv50, or through buying the race on the GTN. So, I found after downloading the game, that Twilek is locked, which is extremely frustrating.
